Washe gari Asabar ne kuma Shaikh Muhammad Turi ya jagoranci janazar Shahidan, wanda aka bizne su duk a garin Zariya.

Dauke Su Shaikh Zakzaky Daga Kaduna Zuwa Kudancin Nijeriya

Haihuwar Dan Sayyid Zakzaky Na Bakwai; Hammad

Ana cikin waki’ar Abacha, tana tsananin zafinta, tare da tsananin takura da tsanantawa ga iyalan Shaikh Zakzaky, wanda har takai ga kama mai dakinsa Malama Zeenah Ibrahim a tsare a kurkuku da ‘ya’yanta, a ranar 10 ga Disambar 1996 wacce ta dace da 1 ga watan Sha’aban, 1417H Malama Zeenah, uwargidan Jagora, Shaikh Ibraheem Zakzaky ta haifa masa yaro da aka radawa suna Hammad.

Hammad, shi ne yaro na bakwai a jerin ‘ya’yan Shaikh Zakzaky (H). Kuma shi ma kamar yayunsa Muhammad da Nusaiba, an haife shi ne a yayin da mahaifinsa ke tsare a kurkuku, bayan an kama shi da kimanin watanni uku, a lokacin mulkin Janar Sani Abacha.

Dawo Da Shaikh Zakzaky Kaduna Daga Kurkukun Fatakwal a 1997

A ranar Talata 2/6/1997 daidai da 27 ga Muharram 1418H ne, aka dawo da Shaikh Ibraheem Zakzaky kurkukun Kaduna, bayan an dauko shi daga kurkukun Fatakwal.

An dawo da Shaikh Zakzaky ne tare da Malam Turi, wanda aka dauko shi daga kurkukun Oyo, da Alhaji Hamid Danlami, wanda aka dauko shi daga kurkukun Enugu, da kuma Malam Abubakar Almizan wanda aka dauko shi daga kurkukun Kalaba.

Bayan kwana biyu da kawo su, wato a ranar Ahamis 4/6/1997 kuma ka dauko wasu almajiran Shaikh Zakzaky su hudu suma zuwa Kurkukun Kaduna. Su ne; Malam Mukhtar Sahabi, daga kurkukun Ado-Ekiti, da Dakta Mustapha Umar Sa’id daga kurkukun Ibadan, Malam Muhammad Sani (Sarkin Malamai) daga kurkukun Benin, da kuma Malam Shittu Muhammad daga kurkukun Benin, wadanda su ma duk an kama su a lokacin mulkin Abacha din ne aka kai su garuruwan Kudu aka daure sub a tare da shari’a ba.

Yadda Aka Fara Kai Shaikh Zakzaky Kotu A Kaduna

A ranar 31/7/1997, daidai da 27 ga Rabi’ul Auwal 1418H ne, aka fara gabatar da Shaikh Ibraheem Zakzaky tare da almajiransa uku a gaban babbar kotun tarayya da ke da mazauni a No.5 Titin Yakubu Gawon, a garin Kaduna.

Karar wadda gwamnatin Abacha ta shigar da Shaikh Zakzaky tare da mutum uku a lokacin, an tuhume su ne da cewa sun ce; ‘Babu Gwamnati sai ta Musulunci’. Mutum ukun kuwa su ne wadanda aka kama su tare da Shaikh din, wato Alhaji Danlami, Malam Abubakar Almizan da Malam Shittu.

Misalin karfe 10ns, Alkalin mai suna Okechukwu Okeke ya shigo harabar kotu aka fara shari’ar, inda lauya Gidion Kurada ya gabatar da karar a gaban kotu a madadin gwamnati. Ko da aka tambayi su Shaikh Zakzaky ko suna da lauya? Suka ce basu da shi. Alkali yace musu hakkinsu ne idan basu da lauya a samar musu da shi don ya kare su idan suna bukata. “Suna bukatar lauya?” Shaikh Zakzaky yace, ba su bukata.

Shaikh Ibraheem Zakzaky na magana da ‘yan uwa bayan fitowa daga kotu a lokacin Abacha

A ranar 19 ga Augustan 1997 ne aka sake kai Shaikh Zakzaky tare da ‘yan uwan da ake tuhuma kotu don cigaba da shari’ar karar da gwamnatin Abacha ta shigar da su. Ko da aka gabatar da karar ana shirin farawa, sai lauyan gwamnati Gidion Kurada ya nemi kotu ta dan kara wasu awowi don cigaba da shari’ar, saboda a cewar sa, ba su shirya wanda zai fassara zaman kotun zuwa Hausa a ranar ba.

Ranar 22/10/1997, jami’an tsaro suka hargitsa garin Kaduna a rannan, ‘yan jarida kuma suka taru a kotu suna ta jira su ga an kawo su Malam Zakzaky da mutum uku da ake tuhuma a tare, shiru ba su ga an kawo su ba, nan suka je suka tambayi Rijistaran kotun akan halin da ake ciki, inda ya shaida musu cewa, an daga zaman daga rannan zuwa ranar 3 ga watan Nuwambar 1997, a cewarsa, saboda masu karan suna so su karo wasu tuhume-tuhume akan wadanda suka gabatar a baya, sannan kuma ‘yan sanda ba su gama bincikensu ba su ma.

Alkali Kafaranti Ya Canji Okechukwu

Ranar 3 ga watan Nuwambar 1997 wacce ta dace da 3 ga watan Rajab, 1418H, an sake kai su Shaikh Zakzaky kotu don cigaba da shari’a, bayan neman da sabon lauyan gwamnati, Bayero Dari ya yi, kan kotu ta bashi lokaci don nazartan shari’ar a zaman da ya gabata. Sai dai da aka zo kotun sai aka tarar da sabon Alkali mai suna Abdul Adamu Kafaranti, a maimakon Alkali Okechukwu wanda shi ya fara shari’ar.

Haka ma lauyar da ta bayyana a rannan a matsayin mai tsayawa bangaren gwamnati ita ce A’ishatu Isiyaku, wacce kai tsaye ta nemi kotun da ta bata dama ta kara sababbin tuhumomi a kan tuhumar da suke wa su Shaikh Zakzaky a baya.

A wannan ranar ma kafin a rufe zaman kotun, sai da aka kuma tambayar su Shaikh Zakzaky ko suna bukatar a ba da belinsu? Suka amsa da cewa, ba su da bukata. Daga baya Alkalin ya so ya sanya ranar 27/11/1997, wanda ya dace da 27 ga Rajab 1418H, don dawowa a cigaba da shari’ar, amma Shaikh Zakzaky yace masa, sam wannan ranar da aka saka bata masa ba, domin ta dace da ranar da aka fara saukar da Wahayi ga Manzon Allah (S), akwai ayyukan ibada da ake yi a ranar, don haka ba zai zo kotu a wannan ranar ba. Sai Alkalin ya sake sanya ranar 16 da 17 ga watan Disambar 1997 don a dawo a cigaba.

Masu Kara Sun Fara Gabatar Da Shaidu Akan Shaikh Zakzaky

Ranar 16 da 17 ga Disambar 1997, aka kara komawa kotu don cigaba da shari’ar su Shaikh Zakzaky. A wannan ranar, Musa Abdullahi, dan sanda mai gabatar da shaidu kan tuhumar da suke wa Shaikh Zakzaky ya fara gabatar da shedunsa. Daga shedun da ya gabatar wa da kotun akwai Kwafin Mujallar Gwagwarmaya, da Jaridar “The Struggle”, da Mujallar Mujahida da kuma CD plates guda takwas.

Bayan Shaikh Zakzaky da sauran wadanda ake tuhumar sun warware shedun da aka gabatar da bayanansu, da tambaya a kan ta ina wadannan suka zama makami? In kuma abin da aka rubuta a cikinsu ne, mene ne ya zama laifi a dokar kasar? Sai lauyan gwamnati ya nemi kotun ta dage shari’ar zuwa ranar 27 da 28 ga watan Junairun 1998 don su cigaba da kawo sauran shaidun da suke da su.

Nan Shaikh Zakzaky yace, wannan ranar ta yi kusa da ranar Sallah, don haka a canza ta. Sai aka rage zuwa 13 da 14 ga watan Junairun, nan ma Malam yace ana cikin Azumi a wannan lokacin, ba zai zo kotu a cikin watan Ramadan ba. Sai aka dage zuwa ranekun 10 da 11 ga Febrairun 1998.

Shari’ar Su Shaikh Muhammad Turi Da Mutum Shida A Kaduna

Ranar Laraba, 21/1/1998 da ta dace da 24 ga Ramadan, 1418H ne aka fara gabatar da Shaikh Muhammad Turi da wasu ‘yan uwa guda shida a wata kotu da ke Bida Road, a cikin garin Kaduna. ‘Yan uwan shida sun hada da Malam Mukhtar Sahabi Kaduna, Dr. Mustapha Umar Sa’id, Malam Abubakar Gadu, Malam Muhammad Sani, Malam Ibrahim Mai Isa da Malam Abdulhadi Musa.

Jaridar New Nigeria ta ranar 24/1/1998 ta ruwaito cewa, ana tuhumar su Shaikh Turi din ne da laifin yin taro ba bisa izini ba, da kuma ta da hargitsi a kasuwar Abubakar Gumi, Kaduna, wanda ya sabbaba rasa ran wani dan sanda me ba da hannu a ranar Laraba 18/9/1996.

Sai dai gaskiyar abin da ya faru a wannan ranar ta Laraba 18/9/1996, idan mai karatu ya koma wannan kwanan watan a cikin wannan rubutun, zai ga cewa ‘yan uwa sun gudanar da Muzaharar nuna rashin yarda da kama Shaikh Zakzaky da aka yi ne, a yayin da jami’an tsaro suka dira a kan yan uwan da harbi da kisa har da amfani da jirgin saman yaki.

A wannan ranar bayan gabatar da su a kotun, alkalin kotun mai suna John Abiriyi ya dage shari’ar, inda ya saka 16/2/1998 a matsayin ranar da za a cigaba da sauraron karar. Mayar Da Shaikh Yakubu Yahya Da ‘Yan Uwa Gida

A ranar 23 ga Junairun 1998, daidai da 25 Ramadan, 1418H ne, aka samu labarin cewa an dawo da su Malam Yakubu Yahya da wasu ‘yan uwa guda biyu; Malam Ahmad Abbas, da Malam Abdullahi Ahmad zuwa garin Katsina daga Kurkukun Elesha da aka tsare su tun bayan kamun da aka musu a watan Nuwambar 1996.

Lokacin da aka dawo da su Katsina din, an cigaba da tsare Malam Yakubu Yahya ne a ofishin Mobile Police, su kuma sauran mutum biyun aka cigaba da tsare su a ofishin D.I.A a garin na Katsina.

A ranar Talata, 3/2/1998 daidai da 6/10/1418H ne ‘yan sanda kimanin 50 cike da manyan motocin su, suka tarar da ‘yan uwa suna gabatar da Ta’alimi a masallacin Shaikh Dahiru Bauchi da ke unguwar Tudun Wada a Kaduna, suka rufe kofofi da tagogin masallacin, suka rika harba barkonun tsohuwa na tsawon minti 15, sannan suka fara harba harsasai masu rai ta ko ina.

Bayan duk wannan wutan da suka bude, sannan suka tafi da sa ran cewa sun kashe kusan kowa da ke cikin masallacin, amma sai Allah (T) ya nufi azurta dan uwa guda daya ne tal mai suna Adamu Isiyaku Unguwar Mu’azu da rabon Shahada. Ana kiran wannan waki’ar ta lokacin Abacha da “Waki’ar Ta’alimi”.

Cigaban Shari’ar Su Shaikh Zakzaky

Ranar Talata 10 ga Febrairun 1998 daidai da 13 ga Shawwal, 1418H ne ya kamata a cigaba da shari’ar Shaikh Zakzaky da mutum ukun da ake tuhuma tare da shi a lokacin kamun Janaral Abacha, sai dai a wannan ranar ba a samu yin zaman kotun ba, saboda mai gabatar da karar a madadin Gwamnatin Kaduna, Ann Isiyaku ta je wakilcin gwamnatin a wajen wani taron Alkalai, don haka aka sanya karfe 12 na rana akan za a yi shari’ar, amma da lokacin yayi sai aka shiga dakin Alkali (chamber) aka ce, an dage zuwa gobe za a cigaba da shari’ar.

Washe-gari Laraba da misalin karfe 9 na safiya aka fara shari’ar inda gwamnati ta cigaba da kawo shedunta. Daga shedun akwai wani dan sanda da ya kawo sanduna guda takwas, da barandami guda uku, yace ya samo su ne a gidan Shaikh Zakzaky. Nan Alkali Adamu Abdulkadir ya nemi lauyoyin gwamnati da su zo da Mukhtar Abbas don ya ba da tasa shaidar.

Sai sauran Shahidan da suka hada da; Shahid Muhammad Umar Farouk, Shahid Muhammad Sani Umar, Shahid Jibril Ali Mai Takarda, Shahid Abdullahi Bala, Shahid Adam Aliyu, Shahid Dauda Adam, Shahid Muhammad Tukur Abdullahi, Shahid Salisu Isa, Shahid Alhasan Adamu Burdu, Shahid Muhammad Maiduguri, Shahid Ahmad Charanci, Shahid Aliyu Sa’idu, Shahid Sulaiman Abdullahi Hasan.

Waki’ar Shekara Biyu Da Kama Shaikh Zakzaky A Zariya

A ranar 11 ga Satumba, 1998 daidai da 20 ga watan Jimadal Ula, 1419H ne ‘yan uwa suka gudanar da Muzaharar cika shekaru biyu da kama Shaikh Ibraheem Zakzaky da gwamnatin Janaral Sani Abacha ta yi.

Shaikh ya cigaba da cewa: “Ai farkon wannan shari’ar shi Bayero Dari ne ya rika gabatarwa, kuma idan yanzu bata nan ko kuma ta mutu shikenan sai a jira sai ta tashi ko ya za a yi?” Yace: “A tuna fa, wannan shari’ar ba wata mata ce take yi da mu ba, gwamnati ce take yi da mu, ba dole ne sai ita wannan matar ce kadai za ta wakilci gwamnati ba.”

Sai Alkali yace, ai ita ce babbar lauyar gwamnati. Sai Malam yace masa “To idan ta mutu fa, ko ta cigaba da ciwon!?” Shaikh yaci gaba da cewa: “Idan su masu gabatar da karar ba su shirya ba, to su barmu a kurkuku sannan su zo da mu kotu a lokacin da suka shirya. A nan ma Malam Zakzaky yace masa: “Wannan an yi rashin adalci, domin kuwa mun dade muna hakurin sauraron kowane shirme da sakarci da suka gabatar a gaban wannan kotun, amma da lokaci ya zo da zan gabatar da nawa bayanin sai ya zama ba su shirya sauraro ba? Sauraro ne kawai fa nasu, ni kuwa na riga na shirya abin da zan fada.”

Sai Alkalin yace “To ai za ka gabatar da naka jawabin kuma za su ji.” Sai Shaikh Zakzaky yace “to ai ba lallai ne sai nan da wata uku ba, yana iya zama gobe.” Alkali yace, “Ai gobe ina da shari’u da yawa.” Shaikh yace “Jibi fa.” Alkali yace “Shima ina da shari’u” Shaikh yace “Gata.” Alkali yace, “Ai gata Juma’a ce, kuma gajeruwar rana ce.” Sai Shaikh ya kuma cewa: “Litinin.” Alkali yace “ai zan koma sabuwar kotu ne.” Sai Shaikh yace masa “Ai ba lallai bane, kana iya zama ka gama wannan shari’ar tunda kasa kakewa aiki.”

A nan sai Alkalin ya yi shiru. Sannan sai yace wa Malam Zakzaky, in dai yana da watarana wacce yake so shikenan, amma ba zai yiwu a wannan shekarar ta 1998 ba. Sai dai a tsawon wannan lokacin, wasu abubuwa da suka rika aukuwa a sassa daban-daban na kasar nan, na takurawa da musgunawa daga mahukunta kai tsaye, ko ta hanyar ‘yan barandansu kamar ‘yan tauri da masarautun gargajiya, wanda ya yi sanadiyyar samun Shahidai daban-daban a lokuta daban-daban. FITINA TAWAYIYYAH 1994:

FITINA TAWAYIYYA shi ne sunan fitinar da ta auku a Harkar Musulunci a shekarar 1994, ana kiranta da wannan suna ne saboda masu fitinar suna ikirarin sun yi wa Harkar Musulunci TAWAYE. Ita dai wannan fitina a zahiri ta samo asali ne daga batun bambancin Mazhaba na SHI’A/SUNNAH da ya shigo cikin Harkar Musulunci a wancan lokacin.

Duk da cewa ‘yan Fitina Tawayiyya sun shelanta tawayensu tare da ficewa daga Harkar Musulunci ne a shekarar 1994, to amma an shafe akalla shekaru biyar fitinar tana ruruwa a kasa, wato fitina ce da aka faro ta tun wajajen 1988, kafin a karshe su ayyana ballewa daga cikin Harka su yi tawaye a shekarar 1994.

LABARIN FITINA TAWAYIYYA:

Idan an saukake dogon bayani, kuma aka kalli zahiri mafi bayyana, kai tsaye za a iya cewa dalili daya ne a dunkule ya haifar da Fitina Tawayiyya, wannan dalili kuwa shi ne SHIGOWAR SHI’ANCI cikin Harkar Musulunci, wato cigaban da aka samu na ‘Istibsari’ ko fahimtar Mazhabar Ahlul-Bait (AS) ga ma’abota Harkar, wanda a lokacin ake samun bunkasar fahimtar mazhabar Ja’afariyya ta ‘Shi’a Imamiyyah Ithna Ashariyyah’ cikin sauki da sauri ga ma’abota Harkar Musulunci.

Ganin yadda ‘yan Harkar Musulunci suka fara fahimtar wannan tafarki na Ahlul-Bait (AS), sai wasu suka kasa jurewa hakan, suka soma kananan maganganu da korafe-korafe, sannu a hankali abin ya rika bunkasa, suka rika yawo da tsegunguma da soke-soke ga masu riko da Ja’afariyya a tsakanin ‘yan’uwa na Harkar Musulunci.

A farko ‘yan fitina Tawayiyya kamar ba su da tabbacin cewa jagoran Harkar Musulunci Shaikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H) ma yana riko da Madrasar ta Ahlul-Bait (AS), don haka suka yi ta kai karar masu riko da Mazhabar ga Shaikh din da nufin lallai ya yi magana, ya tsawatar masu su daina wannan akida ta Shi’anci, wato dai suka rika matsawa Shaikh Zakzaky akan lallai sai ya takawa bin wannan Mazhaba birki a cikin Harkar Musulunci.

A duk lokacin da suka zo da korafin, Shaikh (H) yakan yi masu bayani cewa ita Harkar Musulunci ba ta ginu akan wajabcin bin wata ayyananniyar Mazhaba a tafiyarta ba, tunda mazhabobi suna da yawa a Musulunci, ba za a hana wani bin fahimtarsa ba, musamman in mazhabar da yake riko da ita din tana da ingantaccen gurbi a Musulunci.

A kullum ‘yan fitinar suka kawo korafi, amsa iri daya suke samu daga Shaikh Zakzaky (H), wannan ya sa suka soma tuhumar Shaikh Zakzaky din da yin Shi’anci shi kansa, don haka suka ce yanzu kam Harkar Musulunci ta canza, ta tashi daga kan manufa da hadafinta na kafa gwamnatin Musulunci ta koma akidar Shi’a da yada Shi’anci, sai suka kuduri aniyar rusa Harkar da wargazata.

Da yake daga cikin ‘yan fitinar akwai fitattun malamai na Harkar Musulunci da wasu manya da kuma Amiran wasu da’irori na Harkar, sai suka shiga amfani da damar da suke da ita wajen yin jawabai da wa’azozi na sukar akidun Shi’a da malaman Shi’a irinsu Imam Khumain (QS), suka rika canza tunanin ‘yan’uwa ta hanyar aibata akidun Shi’a da Harkar Musulunci da jagoranta.

A karshe, sakamakon tirjiya da kiki-kaka da suke samu daga sashen ‘yan’uwa na Harka wadanda ba su bi ra’ayinsu ba, sai jagororin fitinar suka hadu suka yanke shawarar ballewa daga Harkar Musulunci tare da kafa tasu kungiyar, wacce za ta yi tafiya akan manhajar Ahlis-Sunnah, da kuma jihadin kawar da akidun Shi’a da kafa gwamnatin Musulunci a karkashin tafarkin Sunnanci.

TUHUME-TUHUMEN ‘YAN FITINA TAWAYIYA GA JAGORAN HARKA:

A jawabin da Shaikh Zakzaky (H) ya yi wajen rufe Ijtimah a jami’ar ABU Zariya, ya ce; zarge-zargen da ‘yan Tawayiyya suka yi masa sun kai guda 70, wanda suka hada da rashin Zuhudu, mugun kwadayi, fasikanci, zindikanci, kafirci, munafurci, shaidanci, zagin sahabbai, cin zarafin matan Annabi, karyata Alkur’ani, yunkurin Shi’antar da mutane da dai sauransu.

Saboda tsabar sharruka da kazafofin da suka rinka yi masa, duk da zurfin hakuri da juriyar Shaikh Zakzaky (H) sai da suka kure shi ya yi masu Allah ya isa, a wani jawabinsa ya ce; da wani ya kira shi a waya ya fada masa wani mummunan sharrin da suka masa, “Nan take na ce masa Allah ya isa!”.

FITINA TAWAYIYA TA SO ZAMA FITINA KARANGIYA:

A lokacin da ‘yan Fitina Tawayiya ke shirye-shiryen ballewa daga Harkar Musulunci, sun yi zama na musamman don tsara hanyoyin da za su bi su cimma nasarar abinda suka sa gaba na rusa da’awar Shaikh Zakzaky (H), daga ciki sun so fitinar ta zama Fitina ‘karangiya ne maimakon Fitina Tawayiya, domin sun yi bitar dalilan da suka sa fitintinun da aka yi a baya a Harkar Musulunci ba su cimma nasara ba, saboda su su dau matakin kaucewa haka. Misali, sun ce ‘yan fitinar Zuhudu sun yi kurakurai guda uku ne a lokacin tawayensu, shi ya sa ba su iya rusa Harkar Musulunci ba.

Na farko ba su bata shaksiyyar Shaikh Zakzaky ba a lokacin fitinarsu, wato ba su zubar da mutuncin Shaikh din ba, wannan ya sa ba su iya raba ‘yan’uwa da Shaikh Zakzaky ba. “Don haka mu za mu raba Zakzaky da jama’arsa ne ta hanyar bata shi da zubar da mutuncinsa ta duk halin da ya kama!”, in ji daya daga cikinsu.

A lokacin da Shaikh Zakzaky (H) ya ji wannan shiri nasu na yin fitina karangiya, da ya zo jawabi a wani taron Ijtimah da aka yi a ABU Zariya, sai ya yi tsokaci akan ayyukan zagon kasa da ‘yan fitinar ke yi a cikin Harka, a karshe ya tabbatar musu da cewa ba za su dore da yin wannan ayyuka a cikin Harkar Musulunci ba, ya ce; “Amma na tabbata har ga Allah, wannan al’amarin (na zama a cikin Harka suna mata zagon kasa), ba zai dore suna yinsa ba”. Sai kuwa ga shi Allah Ta’ala ya gaskata hasashensa, a kasa da shekara guda suka canza waccan shawara ta zama a cikin Harka, suka ayyana ficewa daga cikin Harkar suka kafa ta su kungiyar mai suna JTI.

FITINA TAWAYIYYA BAYAN TAWAYE GA HARKAR MUSULUNCI:

A shekarar 1994 ‘yan Tawayiya suka yi gangamin shelantawa duniya tawayensu ga Harkar Musulunci, tare da kafa sabuwar kungiya mai suna; “JAMA’ATU TAJDIDIL ISLAM” (JTI a takaice), ma’ana; ‘Qungiyar Masu Yunqurin Jaddada Musulunci’, wacce suka kafa cibiyar ta a birnin Kano.

Kungiyar ‘yan Fitina Tawayiya ta ‘Jama’atu Tijdidil Islam’ (JTI), tana karkashin jagorancin shura ne na mutum tara, ga jerin shugabannin kungiyar kamar haka; Malam Aminu Aliyu Gusau, Malam Abubakar Mujahid Kaduna, Malam Hussaini Abubakar Bauchi, Malam Ahmad Shu’aibu Kano, Malam Aliyu Tuku-Tukur Zariya, Malam Mustapha Ahmad Maiduguri, Malam Lauwali Gusau, Malam Umar Mustapha Idota, da Malam Nura Adam Galadanci Kano.

Ayyana wadannan mutane 9 a matsayin shugabannin kungiyar JTI ke da wuya, sai wani mai zanen (Cartoon) ya yi zanen barkwanci akan kungiyar a jaridar ALMIZAN, inda ya kira wadannan shugabbani 9 na qungiyar JTI da sunan “TIS’ATU RAHDIN”, ya danganta su da labarin aya ta 48 a suratul Namli, da ke magana kan wasu mutane tara mabarnata da aka yi a tarihi. Fitowar wannan zane ya sa kungiyar ta kira taro na gaggawa, suka kara mutum daya a jerin shugabancin kungiyar, sai ya zama shugabannin kungiyar sun zama mutum 10.

Malam Abubakar Mujahid ne shugaban kungiyar, wanda suke kira ‘Mudeer’, yayin da Malam Aminu Aliyu Gusau ke matsayin uban kungiyar, sauran membobi takwas kuma sune majalisar Shura ta kungiyar, daga nan suka soma aiwatar da manufofinsu a karkashin wannan kungiya.

DAGA AYYUKAN ‘YAN TAWAYIYA BAYAN TAWAYENSU:

Bayan da ‘yan Tawayiya suka ayyana tawayensu daga bin Shaikh Zakzaky da da’awarsa ta Harkar Musulunci, sun yi wasu abubuwa don nunawa duniya cewa sun rabu da Harkar, ba su ba ita. Daga cikin ayyukan, wasunsu da dama sun aske gemu, kuma sun umarci matansu su cire hijabi su dena sawa, wasu sun daina addu’o’i da Azkar ‘Ma’athurai’ da aka ruwaito, da ma wasu ayyukan ibada na Tahajjud, da azumin Litinin da Alhamis, wanda suka tarbiyyantu da su a Harkar Musulunci. Duk wai sun yi wadannan abubuwa ne don nesanta kansu ga abinda Harkar Musulunci ta dora su akai. Da yawan su ma sun ciccire hotunan Shaikh Zakzaky (H) suka yaga, amma suka maye gurbin su da hotunan dan kama karyar shugaban kasar Nijeriya na mulkin soja a lokacin, Janaral Sani Abacha.

MUBAHALAR SHAIKH ZAKZAKY (H) DA ‘YAN TAWAYIYYA:

Shaikh Zakzaky (H) ya yi jawabi kan Fitina Tawayiyya a lokacin rufe wani taron Ijtimah a Zariya a watan Al-Muharram na shekarar 1994, ya yi dogon jawabi na fiye da awa guda akan fitinar da abubuwan da suke faruwa game da ita, wanda shi ne karon farko da Shaikh din ya fito fili ya yi jawabi ga al’umma dalla-dalla game da fitinar da yadda ake tafiyar da ita, kuma a nan ne ya kira fitinar da suna ‘Fitina Tawayiyya’.

Bayan Shaikh (H) ya yi jawabi kan makircin ‘yan Tawayiyya da manufarsu ta rusa Da’awarsa, da irin sharrace-sharracen bata shi da suke yi, da kuma matsayarsa game da su da ayyukansu, a karshe sai ya yi addu’a a sigar Mubahala, ya roki Allah Ta’ala da ya rusa da’awar marar gaskiya a tsakaninsu, ya tabbatar da da’awar da ta fi soyuwa da zama daidai a gare shi.

Ya ce; “Ina roqon Allah Ta’ala mahaliccin sama da kasa, wanda ya saukar da littafi daga sama, wanda ya aiko Manzonsa mai tsira da aminci, Ubangijin Jibrilu da Mika’ilu da Israfeel, Ubangijin Musa da Isah da Manzon Rahama (S), Ya sa, in wadannan mutane, su suke aikata abinda ya fi soyuwa gare shi, ya fi zama kusa da abinda yake so, to ya tabbatar da abinda suke kira, ya tarwatsa nawa! In kuma ni abinda nake kira gare shi, shi ya fi soyuwa ga Allah, kuma ya fi kusa da abinda yake so, to Allah ya tabbatar da nawa ya tarwatsa nasu!!”

Daga yin wannan addu’a Shaikh Zakzaky (H) ya ajiye abin magana. Wannan jawabi da Shaikh Zakzaky (H) ya yi, ya warkar da dimbin zukata daga wannan cuta ta Fitina Tawayiyya, mutane da dama daga wannan jawabi suka samu waraka, wasu ma da suka sa kafa a fitinar suka janye, kuma wannan addu’a ita ce jigo ko asasin tarwatsewar Fitina Tawayiyya da tabarbarewar ta.

‘YAN TAWAYIYA DA YUNKURIN KASHE SHAIKH ZAKZAKY (H):

Abu na farko da ‘yan Fitina Tawayiya (JTI) suka fara yi cikin ayyukansu, shi ne yunkurin kashe jagoran Harkar Musulunci Shaikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H) a cikin Jami’ar Bayero (wato Bayero University) da ke birnin Kano, a ranar 27 ga watan Nuwamba na shekarar 1994, inda suka rutsa da shi a cikin masallacin jami’ar, lokacin da ya je rufe taron Ijtimah da aka shirya a jami’ar. Suka kewaye masallacin dauke da makamai irin su adduna, wukake, gariyo, gatura, barandami, sanduna da gorori, suna iface-iface, suna zage-zage da munanan ashariya, suna cewa yau Shaikh Zakzaky bai isa ya fita daga cikin masallacin nan ba sai sun kashe shi, sai dai a fita da gawarsa!

Dimbin ‘yan Tawayiyar da suka hadu a BUK don aiwatar da wannan yunkuri na kisa, sun taho ne daga jihohi daban-daban na Nijeriya, inda suka yi gangamin kashe Shaikh Zakzaky (H), da nufin kawar da da’awar Harkar Musulunci, da kuma dakile yaduwar Shi’anci a Nijeriya. Sun yi garkuwa da Shaikh Zakzaky a cikin wannan masallaci na BUK fiye da tsawon sa’o’i uku, suna ta yunkurin keta tsirarin almajiransa da suka toshe kofofin shiga Masallacin (don ba shi kariya), ta hanyar farmakar su da ji wa da dama munanan raunuka, amma Allah cikin ikonsa ya karfafi wadannan tsirarin ‘yan’uwa suka dake, suka rika kora wadannan gungun makasa ta hanyar kabbarori da hailala da neman gudunmawa daga Allah.

Bayan shafe awowi kimanin uku ana cikin wannan hali, sai Shaikh Zakzaky (H) wanda ke cikin masallacin yana ta sallolin nafilfili da azkar a natse cikin kwanciyar hankali kamar ba abinda ke faruwa da shi, ya dago hannunsa ya duba agogo, sai ya juya ga ‘yan’uwa na kusa da shi ya ce masu, lokacin tafiyarsa ya yi, don haka zai fita! Wannan magana ta razana almajiran Shaikh din, saboda girman hatsarin da suke ganin zai fada, wasunsu suka yi kokarin ba shi baki don kar ya fita, amma ya shaida masu cewa; Allah ne mai karewa, kuma yana nan, zai kare shi.

A haka Shaikh Zakzaky (H) ya fito, yana sa kafar fita daga cikin masallacin, da ‘yan’uwa suka doka wata kabbara da karfi, sai kawai dandazo da gungun makasan ya fashe! Suka tarwatse a dimauce kowa ya kama gudun tsira da ransa tamkar wanda suka hango mayunwacin Zaki!

Haka nan suna ji suna gani Shaikh Zakzaky (H) ya shiga mota, ya ratsa ta cikin wasunsu ya kama hanyar gida. Ta haka Allah ya kubutar da Shaikh Zakzaky daga mummunan nufi da tarkon ‘yan Tawayiyya a wannan karon, da ma a karo na biyu da suka kuma wani yunkurin a makarantar Technical.

‘YAN TAWAYIYA SUN YANKE KAN KIRISTA A GIDAN YARI:

Abu na biyu da ‘yan Fitina Tawayiyya suka yi bayan yunkurin kashe Shaikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H), shi ne abinda suka kira; “JIHADIN KASHE ARNE”, wato ketarawa da suka yi cikin dare suka shiga gidan yarin Badala da ke birnin Kano, suka yanke kan wani kirista mai suna Gideon Okaluka, wanda ake tsare da shi bisa zargin wulakanta Alkur’ani ta hanyar katse bayangida da takardunsa. Inda washegari ‘yan Tawayiyar suka yi gangami suna muzahara dauke da kan Gideon da suka yanko, suna nunawa duniya gwanintar da suka yi, suka rufe gangamin da wa’azi mai zafi da tsauraran gargadi ga kiristoci da gwamnatin Nijeriya.

Samun nasarar yanko kan Gideon Okaluka da ‘yan Tawayiya suka yi, ya janyo hankalin matasa da dama wajan shiga kungiyar JTI, musamman a cikin birnin Kano da kewaye. Sai suka rika harzuka matasa akan shiga sahun jahadi don tabbatar da addinin Muslunci irin yadda Shehu Usman Danfodiyo ya yi. ‘Yan Fitina Tawayiyya sun zargi Harkar Musulunci cewa ba da gaske take yi a ikirarinta na jihadi don tabbatar da addini ba, domin tuntuni lokacin aiwatar da jihadi ya yi, amma an tsaya ana ta saibi da jan kafa, don haka su kungiyarsu da gaske take yi wajen kifar da gwamnatin Nijeriya, tare da kafa sabuwar gwamnatin Musulunci, wacce za ta gudanar da shari’a a tafarkin Sunnah, domin da zafi-zafi ake dukan karfe!

‘YAN TAWAYIYYA SUN BA KIRISTOCI WA’ADI A KANO:

Bayan kashe Gideon Okaluka, kungiyar Kiristoci ta Nijeriya ‘Christian Association of Nigeria’ (CAN atakaice), ta nemi gwamnatin Kano da ta yi binciken yadda aka samu damar kashe shi, kuma a hukunta wadanda suka yi kisan, sannan a biya diyyar kisan ga iyalinsa. Fitowar sanarwar ke da wuya, sai ‘yan Tawayiya suka fitar da sanarwar bayar da wa’adi ga dukkan kiristocin da suke zaune a birnin Kano, cewa su gaggauta ficewa daga garin. Daga baya ma aka rika raba takardu a ko’ina cikin birnin Kano da kewaye, cewa; duk wani arne ya tashi ya bar jihar Kano bakidaya.

Sakamakon yaduwar wadannan takardu ne, gwamnati ta ga dacewar murkushe ‘yan Tawayiya na kungiyar ‘Jama’atu Tajdidil Islam’, domin suna neman wuce gona da iri. Nan da nan gwamnan mulkin soja na jihar Kano Kanar Abdullahi Wase, ya ba jami’an tsaro umarnin shafe ‘yan kungiyar daga samuwa.

Kwatsam, kawai aka wayigari ‘yan sanda sun kai samame makwancin wasu ‘yan kungiyar ta JTI, suka kama da damansu, suka yi awon gaba da su zuwan hawan Kalebawa da ke kauyen Dandalama a karamar hukumar Dawakin Tofa (inda ake zuwa a harbe masu laifi), suka harbe dukkanin su. Sannan jami’an tsaron suka shigo gari suka rika bi wurare suna farautar ‘ya’yan kungiyar ta JTI ruwa a jallo, wanda hakan ya tilastawa wasu daga cikin shugabannin kungiyar yin gudun hijira zuwa kasar Nijar (Maradi) da Kamaru da Sudan, wasu kuma suka bace aka daina jin duriyarsu.

Duk da gudun hijirar da jiga-jigan kungiyar JTI suka yi, bayan wasu sun dawo sai da aka kama su, cikin wadanda aka kama aka tsare bisa tuhumar alaka da JTI har da tubabben Sarkin Kano, Sunusi Lamido Sunusi, wanda aka tsare shi a kurkukun Sakkwato bisa zargin da hannunsa wajen yanko kan Gideon, sai uban kungiyar Malam Aminu Aliyu Gusau, wanda aka kai shi gidan kurkukun Gashuwa a jihar Yobe, sai kuma Mal. Abubakar Mujahid, wanda aka tsare a kurkukun Jos, sai Malam Hussaini Bauchi, wanda aka kai kurkukun birnin Maiduguri.

Daga karshe dai, bayan fitowar shugabannin ‘yan Tawayiya na kungiyar JTI daga magarkama, sun shiga karatun ta nutsu sakamakon wannan waki’a mai gigitarwa da ta same su, suka canza salon da’awarsu, suka fito da sababbin hanyoyin da za su bi wajen aiwatar da ayyukansu na kungiyar, inda suka jingine batun jihadi a gefe, suka ajiye duk wani batu na amfani da karfi a gefe guda, suka mikawa gwamnati wuya, suka rungumi zagayen wa’azozi da Tablig na yaki da Shi’a da shafa mata bakin fenti.

Ya zuwa yanzu dai, ‘yan Tawayiya sun narke a cikin al’umma, wasun su sun dawo Harkar Musulunci tuntuni, wasu kuma sun zama Wahabiyawa, yayin da wasunsu suka rasa alkiblar kamawa.

Na’am, har yanzu akwai kungiyar JTI da tsirarin mutane a cikinta, amma ba su da wani tasiri ko na kwabo, duk da cewa har yanzu suna nan, amma hatta a jerin kungiyoyin addini ba a lissafa su, kungiyar JTI ce kungiyar addini mafi boyuwa da rashin tasiri a kungiyoyin addini da ake da su a Arewacin Nijeriya.

DALILAI 3 NA FITINA TAWAYIYYA:

In an ce za a bi abubuwa daki-daki, to za a samu dalilai da dama ne suka haifar da fitina Tawayiyya, ko suka kara mata karfi da tasiri, musamman in an kalli abin ta fuskoki daban-daban, to amma wani abinda ya fito fili ba wata shubuha a cikinsa shi ne; samuwar dalilai uku da suke cikin ginshikai ko tushen fitinar, wadannan dalilai kuwa sune kamar haka;-

FIKIRAR SUNNANCI: Dalili mafi bayyana a zahiri na faruwar Fitina Tawayiyya shi ne; gaba ko adawar masu fitinar da akidun Shi’a, wato adawa da akidun Shi’anci ne ginshikin da ‘yan fitina Tawayiyya suka gina fitinarsu a kansa, ma’ana sun yi fitinar ne tare da ficewa daga cikin Harkar Musulunci, saboda su ba za su yi Shi’a ba, kuma ba su yarda a yi ta suna ji suna gani ba!

DASISAR JAMI’AN TSARO: Akwai alamu da yawan gaske masu nuna cewa kacokaf din Fitina Tawayiya shiri ne na jami’an leken asiri, wanda a kullum suke kulle-kullen rusa Harkar Musulunci da tarwatsata, amma idan hakan ya yi wuyar fahimta, to a fili yake cewa jami’an leken asiri na gwamnati sun taka rawa mafi girma da tasiri wajen gudanarwa, da juya akalar fitinar yadda suka so a lokacin da take faruwa.

ZUMUDI DA KOSAWA: Daya daga cikin turaku uku da Fitina Tawayiyya ta dora sanwarta akai, shi ne kosawar da wasu masu zumudi daga cikin ‘yan’uwa suka yi da nisan tafiyar Harkar Musulunci, da zakuwar da suka yi na akai zangon karshe a da’awar. Ma’ana, wani kaso daga cikin wadanda suka yi Tawayiyya, suna da zumudi na bukatar Harkar Musulunci ta dau makami a yi jihadin a yi-ta ta-kare, a kawar da gwamnatin zalunci a kafa ta addini, sun zaku akan hakan sosai. Amma sai suka ga Harka ba ta da alamun yin hakan a nan kusa, wannan ya sa suka shiga jirgin Tawayiyya bisa tsammanin a can ne za a yi jihadin kawar da gwamnatin zalunci da gaggawa, ba tare da jan kafa ko jinkiri ba.

Wadannan abubuwa guda uku, suna daga cikin ginshikan Fitina Tawayiyya, ko su suka taimakawa bunkasar fitinar da habakar ta.

WASU ABUBUWA DANGANE DA FITINA TAWAYIYYA:

Kamar sauran fitintinun da suka faru a Harkar Musulunci, ita ma Fitina Tawayiyya ta kebanta da wasu abubuwa da suka shafe ta, wanda suka bambanta ta da sauran fitintinun da aka yi a Harkar, ga kadan daga ciki.

NA DAYA: Fitina Tawayiyya ita ce fitina mafi girma a tarihin Harkar Musulunci na shekaru 40, wato ita ce fitinar da ta fi kwasar ‘yan Harkar Musulunci da yawa ta tafi da su, domin fitinar ta tafi da dubban ‘yan’uwa maza da mata, yara da manya. Duk da yake ba ta dibi ko da kashi 5 cikin 100 na ‘yan uwan a lokacin ba.

NA BIYU: Fitina Tawayiyya ce fitinar da ta fi fadi da mamaye Harkar Musulunci a tarihin fitintinun da suka auku, domin fitinar ba ta takaita a wani gari ko yanki ba, kuma ba ta tsaya kan rukunin wasu mutane ba, fitina ce da ta mamaye illahirin da’irorin Harkar Musulunci na fadin kasa, kuma ta kwashi dukkanin rukunin mutane, tun daga manyan malamai na harkar da masana, har zuwa kan mata da yara da sauran dukkanin rukunin mutane.

NA UKU: Fitina Tawayiyya ce fitinar da ta fi girgiza illahirin ma’abota Harkar Musulunci girgizawa, domin ta kusa kai ga rasa sika da mutane a daidai lokacin da fitinar ke ganiyarta, har sai bayan ballewar ‘yan fitinar ne aka iya tantance wadanda suka bi fitinar, da kuma wadanda suka tsaya akan fikirar Harkar Musulunci.

NA HUDU: Shaidu da dama sun nuna cewa; jami’an leken asiri na kasa ne ke jan ragamar Fitina Tawayiyya, su ke sarrafa ayyuka da tunanukan ‘yan Tawayiyyar, su suke tsara abubuwan da ke faruwa a kungiyar, ma’ana su suka tsara yunkurin kashe Shaikh Zakzaky a jami’ar Bayero ta Kano, shi ya sa duk da an dauki tsawon awanni ana kokarin kisan, amma ba jami’an tsaron da suka zo don kawo dauki ko raba gardamar. Kuma hatta yanko kan Gideon da aka yi a kurkuku, ana zargin su suka tsara yadda za a yi.

NA SHIDA: Mafi yawan ‘yan Fitina Tawayiyya sun yi watsi da tafiyar kungiyar JTI tun ba a yi nisa ba, musamman tun bayan dirar mikiya na kisan ba sani ba sabo da jami’an tsaro suka yi wa wasu ‘yan kungiyar, da kuma tarwatsa jagororin kungiyar zuwa gudun hijira da suka yi, sai ya zama da yawa sun watsar da akidar JTI sun koma wasu kungiyoyin addini, musamman Wahabiyanci, wasu kuma sun balbalce a tsakani.

NA BAKWAI: Abinda ya karya kashin bayan kungiyar ‘yan fitina Tawayiyya ta JTI shi ne; zumudi da wuce gona da iri, domin suna ballewa sai suka zargi Harkar Musulunci da tafiyar Hawainiya a hadafinta, don haka su sai suka soma aiwatar da Shari’a tun ba su kafa gwamnatin Musuluncin ba, ta hanyar sare wuyan wanda ake zargi da tozarta Alkur’ani, da kuma ba Kiristoci wa’adi na su bar garin Musulmi, da yin barazanonin daukar mataki akan gwamnati da hukumomin tsaro.

NA TAKWAS: A mahanga ta I’itiqadi, babban sirrin wargajewar ‘Yan Tawayiyya da tafiyarsu ta JTI shi ne; addu’ar da Shaikh Zakzaky (H) ya yi ranar Juma’ar da ta biyo bayan ballewarsu daga Harkar Musulunci, a masallacin ABU Zariya, inda ya roki Allah Ta’ala da ya wargaza daya daga cikin da’awowin nan biyu (Harkar Musulunci ko Tajdidul Islam), ya rusa wadanda suke kan bata, ya tabbatar da da’awar wadanda suke kan shiriya.

Sai ga shi a yau babu JTI, ita kuwa Harkar Musulunci sai ci gaba da bunkasa take yi. Allah ya tsare mu bata bayan shiriya.
